Has anyone from the UK that is being laid off tried to use the package provided by citi, where they have apparently paid for a 2 month program with the company called LHH?
I have rang LHH 5 times already, each time I have been told that they dont have my referral from Citibank. After each call I have went back to citi HR to see what is going on. After a day or two HR returns saying "yup LHH have received the referral now, please try contacting them again"
Thats apparently 5 referrals to my name, each one not being located, each time i return to HR to ask why. Im trying to speak to the contact HR has that is organizing this on our behalf, but refuse to give me.
Very frustrated. Anyone else having the same experience?

My man, That was not what I was asking? I got sorted after making a fair bit of noise just moments ago. If anyone Else is having the same problem as I was having, Make noise with your HR rep. Chase it up daily, I have been sorted in the end up, hopefully you will too
Citi is not able to pay severance pay and its trying to forfeit for its employees.
The upcoming layoffs will be performance based and no/less severances.
