True but most people in India are vegetarians. Since they don't eat meat, they don't deserve as much money. This is total tongue in cheek, but we need some humor in these dark times.
OP, are you from an SAP acquisition? It is referred to typically as APJ(if China included) or SEA(Singapore, China, India), rather than APAC.
If you are from an acquisition, be worried especially if you from Concur. Seem to be hit hard by layoffs in Australia, ANZ and Singapore.
News from India is that as of 17th April around 150 colleagues. Could go up.
T4 in Singapore are being culled, from different board areas. If you get an email titled ‘business update’ you’ve come to the end of the road here.
In indian T3 person with 10-14 years of experience, on average they get around $1200 - $1400 per MONTH, company is already treating them as salves ?
And reason why you dont see much updates from india is because this site blocks all indian IPs so max you can read but not allowed po post anything

SG started. Everyone is expereincing the same sxxt, "uncertainty". Some are now in garden leave
Concur Australia has been heavily impacted. Lots of great people gone.
Their are targeting expensive locations (high salaries). Think India and china are less affected. Not sure about SG salaries if they are high?
