If you take inflation into account, its real worth is probably .30 pennies.
Down to $0.90 now, so a 15%+ drop today. Quite significant really.
On a more positive note, the market is still open for Chucky Boy to buy a load more shares.
Is there an equivalent action or process for Emea employees?

I’m both curios and paranoid about cyber security. And that’s a good thing! I also have a daughter despite being a flaming ho-------l.
Be selling for peanuts or taking a stake in some other company in exchange for a business unit?
The company are in ruins. I don't see a way out of this.
Sorry but vanguard doesn’t own anywhere near 52% of the stock. If any outside investor is calling the shots, it is Carlyle. They are the ones who led the charge to bring chuck and team in. So much for being “smart money” lol.
A reverse split is usually a death toll for a company. Few companies have survived that option. CommScope is in a bad chess game right now, and all available moves are terrible.
These institutional investors who keep buying more stock have an option. Unless there is a class of stock with more voting power, Vanguard, which owns about 52% of the stock, could come in and clean the board and replace Bud and Chuck in one move. This might be the only way to save CS, but what would likely happen in the new board will sell the company's pieces to recoup investments.
Just voted on the CommScope Holding Company proposals for the shareholder meeting. I encourage all to do so!
Maybe I’ll pick up a few shares the next time I’m at Dollar General lol.
I believe that if the stock drops below $1.00 and remains below that level for 30 days, the exchange may notify the company that it is not in compliance with listing requirements and is at risk of being delisted.
The company can then appeal for another 6 months to recover the stock price. This may include a reverse stock split. CS investors would not be happy with a reverse split because if business doesn't pick up, the new price will continue to fall. Dire times indeed.
And just when you thought they couldn't go any lower. An achievement in itself
Chucky cheese gets a bonus!
