The only racist comments in these DEI threads are from the people who defend DEI.
They literally expect discriminating against white men to be acceptable and were not even allowed to argue against it according to these DEI proponents.
Who are the real racists? The people who won’t hire a white male because he’s white and male?
Not hiring the most qualified person for the job. Definitely has an impact. to say otherwise there’s a complete lie.
Boeing has quotas for blacks for women, etc.

The idea that hiring someone less qualified to me to quota is not going to impact your quality is dishonest.
DEI is open racism against white men. Hiring someone because of the color of their skin or their gender and not hiring someone for the same reason is just racism.
The people who defend DEI are the most morally bankrupt people you can meet. There’s absolutely no defense to hiring someone based on skin color or gender.
But these DEI proponents don’t care what is right or wrong. Keep up voting, your same comment like that’s what the truth is.
The majority of people are against DEI. Keep lying, and pretending they aren’t. I would expect nothing less from the DEI proponents.
Probably because of all the racist and vile replies. I can't say I blame them or that I miss those "discussions."
