Non working laptops are better. You won't make pretend you're being busy when you're not because it doesn't work.
I've decided to leverage my slow laptop by starting it up, logging in and while it's waiting to load everything, I get a cup of coffee because it'll take that long to be ready to use. Pretty sad. I guess cheap laptops are better than non-working ones.
Ever since they put Sapience on our laptops, the systems are at a snails pace. Simple computer tasks like opening email results in time spent waiting for email to populate. I never worked more slowly until they added Sapience. My productivity is down. Perhaps this is the reason to simply let people go due to poor Sapience caused productivity loss.
