It’s time to get out while you still can. It’s not good to be in a position where you can be laid off or fired at any time. Dust off those resumes and get the heck out of there. I was there in the golden age of trilogy education, and loved it when I was working for that start up under Jaime and Jeff. But even then I knew that they treated people unequally with regard to the favoritism shown by the Kaplan hires pertaining to the amount of stock options those individuals were awarded. But it was very fun being part of a start up with that tremendous growth early on. Unfortunately things change and nothing last forever.
