Was anyone in New York told it was 60 days notice pay?
I've heard other people say 90 days in New York.

Yes, so assuming the below is correct:
“ Severance Package = Working days salary + Non working WARN period salary + Severance + Vacation accrual + stock grants”
That means you probably get 30 days working WARN and 60 days non-working WARN….plus severance.
So you get your 90 days WARN, plus what as the minimum severance amount?
Some claim the minimum severance is 12 weeks, which means the minimum total payment to a terminated employee is six months.
Don’t forget, hr is counting the first 30 days as a working warn notice period and the last 60 as non working. If this is legal I don’t know.

what I am confused about is:
Some people on here have claimed that you get the 90 days minimum notice, plus a minimum of 12 weeks of severance.
I don’t think that that is true. I’m assuming that you get a minimum, in total, of 90 days.
