I was told that employees are now being forced to compete against each other in live presentations in front of management. What is going on over there?

So it's come to be a matter of which sales reps can take the empty suit that is Juniper and spin it the best. Lie about the capabilities being "better", Lie about the integration of software from a failed wifi company as the panacea for all things cloud..... so glad I am gone.
It is just sales. It is their AI thing they got going. I told her to quit complaining and come join PA.
