Layoffs have been a part of adult life for the past few decades. It is not a matter of if but when and how many times. First time hurts then you get used to it. In the past 30 years been laid off 10 + times just wrong place wrong time and wrong political team at the salt mine. One learns to live below their means after the first couple since more than likely it will happen again.
