I was laid off at the end of March and still haven’t heard from HR. Anyone experiencing the same?

A lot of HR was laid off back in January. Complete mess. Took 6 weeks to hear from the replacement on package and another 6 weeks to receive the written package letter. Really poor management. Who lays off their hr staff during mass layoffs?
Same here, I would contact h.r. you can do it through connect one... Google the number if you don't have it. Follow the prompts for employees on leave.. I did and they got back to me last week...
I have had 2 zoom calls with HR out of Tampa. You should have received the severance payout estimate. Read over the leaving Citi book there are contact numbers in the book
such a joke, so I guess the offboarding is as dysfunctional as the onboarding.
I reached out to HR then they scheduled a meeting to go over standard stuff but they are hired recently so no answers to lot of questions.
