like if only the manager layers flattening is the end of it all. It just comes to show that they don't care about anyone who is not a manager. In their books they're done and the rest of us who will be more in the coming 2 years don't matter. It's like replacing or eliminating a paper pin in the organization. In their minds, they're done.
