The only information I can find is for Vancouver and Montreal. Complete silence from Toronto and Waterloo.
All of our QA team is let go. They were 10 ppl but 3 accepted early retirement and the rest got let go today.
Any news from the Toronto office?
@ @asw+1s3pivCa - it has nothing to do with Vancouver location and everything to do with AGE AGE AGE AGE AGE AGE AGE. All of the CSP ACADEMY GRADUATED (think “AGE AGE AGE AGE”) who are backfilling VERP takers like me are based in Vancouver. (Hint: their hair color is a lot less gray than mine… )
Can anyone also comment on which teams/ board areas?
Canada severance package is supposed to be better than US.

The official number of positions lost for the Montreal lab is 43.
I received a termination email this AM plus a call with manager + HR. 64 headcount in Vancouver will be affected. Low severance offer, IMO: 36 weeks. Happy to be leaving this once-great, now embarrassing company.

No numbers were released last year—why would you think they would release numbers this year?
Entire Partner Management team based out of Vancouver let go. Reason: Location. Other members of the team not in Van are not impacted.
All I have heard so far is 1 position from Calgary, AB.
I am curious too . Have not heard anything for Canadian locations.
I would have expected at least the numbers for US and Canada in the email we got today. As usual nothing is clear in NA.
