They'll need to see what kind of damage they can do to the rest of regions before doing anything to Germany.

and by the way... when was the last time anyone in Germany was Involuntarily impacted?

Relax... eat some popcorn and watch the bloodletting in North America.. trust me.. that's someplace where people have actual worries.

Names for Germany? Thought this would only be through voluntary program

according to the management, Germany is still in conversation with Worker Concil and the names will only be announced if there is an agreement in place... I am not surprised if this gets dragged for another month or so. I prefer the US - quick death.

SAP cannot even get this redundancy thing done effectively. Makes me wonder how I ever thought they were a good company to work for. Simple stringing people along for the ride. Complete toxicity at the top. Whatever trust I had in them is completely gone. What a fool I was to think they ever thought about me.

E-mail from CK just landed. Now saying we will hear within four weeks. utter joke. I've been made redundant in previous roles but it's never been like this slow moving car crash of a process.
