My former colleagues told me about the 15 April RIF. Dell is reducing its in-house SW development & choosing to partner with SW companies instead. Plus all the D-MB AI work is to add a button on Dell's laptops to access MSFT CoPilot AI. Silly when you can just access a browser with it !
Not next month. But realignment/layoffs will happen every quarter.

More layoffs coming next month. Have it from a reliable source. Get out if you can. This company doesn’t care about its people and will outsource everything they can if they are horrible.

Just got word that an incompetent manager in ISG Product Management got axed. Finally someone who deserved it got the axe.
Many in CSG have been impacted including I10/M10 levels. Multiple Orgs. Some Teams were impacted earlier this year and again this week.
Happened in OEM, as well.
I highly doubt it’s over. Previous rounds lasted about 2 weeks. Besides, they haven’t laid me off yet. Hellooooo l
