Thread regarding 3M layoffs

TEBG

Is TEBG being broken up? Ashish left in Q4 and still not replaced, with rumors of divisions moving into SIBG and CBG. Anyone hearing anything about BG reorgs?

The guy who posts all those pro-Pete and pro-Vale & similar posts is so tiresome. Dude you're not as funny as you seem to think you are.

They should spin off CBG next

Gibbons is clearly the frontrunner but Bill Brown wants to have him do so more machete work on the overhead so that the business combines with SIBG and can be spun off into an independent company.

The new company will be lean and mean unlike the bloated organization that Peter inherited from bumbling 3Mers.

Go Pete Go!

My bet is
SIBG absorbing TEBG, except automotive
CBG absorbing Proffesional cleaning

In a few months, some part could be sold by business

It just shows that this company doesn't need Group presidents. It is more of an expensive figure head.

The HOO process has failed miserably. They cannot even develop any of the division president to take over Ashish.

I have no idea what is happening or what is real at 3M anymore. It just looks like it is breaking up and everything is rumors waiting for communication and leadership.
