Tracey Brown. Until this happens, the company will continue to tank. It is literally demonstrative of all that is wrong there. Change your course, show you can and will make decisions that would make your employees feel as though you care. Fire her! So many good employees have left, been pushed out, or fired....yet this person remains!!!! Why?????? She has done nothing sinces she's been there and her greatest skill is yelling when speaking or promoting herself on LinkedIn!! Fire her!!!!!

I am not sure who made the decision to extend hours in a lot of stores just a couple of months ago and now FE hours are getting cut drastically. They 4-7% but most are getting cut more than that but it seems like that would be a Tracy area. It kind of makes you wonder if she was set up to fail or if she is just not up to the task of making those kind of decisions
Tracey has done ZERO to help WAG. Stores are in horrible shape. Supply chain is a wreck. Morale is horrible in stores. And no one respects her. She is a terrible leader, does not understand her role or how she's suppossed to add value. Her two best skills are yelling and dancing neither of which fill baskets or sell scripts. Why is this so hard to understand?????
In response to "Please explain yourself"....I put that out there as a joke. TBH though, I'm not too optimistic about a meaningful turnaround after Tracey's ouster. Walgreens began its downward spiral long before Tracey came aboard.
