and left all these middle managers who have no clue what the employee duties actually entail.
So while the idea of eliminating the layers of management wasn't really a bad one, the execution ended up leaving the clueless least innovative ones in charge of things they have no idea of and the same guys that have played politics for 20+ years stayed.
Nothing is going to change as far as efficiency, innovation, etc. These people are just there to collect a fat paycheck and act/pretend they're doing something.
