CVS vs WAG

I used to be a long time proponent of WAG. Since The Roz era, I've changed to CVS. Why? Stores still aren't perfect with them, which I'll never understand, BUT, they are staffed, and the staff members are friendly. They are stocked, and product is price competitively with an advertising and marketing plan that helps save customers money. Most importantly, however, is the pharmacy experience. WAG used to rock. You used to be able to rely on them, get scripts quickly, and never have to deal with systems outages, script errors, wait times that can be 25mins if not greater, AND scripts filled same day. Not anymore....WAG pharmacies are HORRIBLE. It's not their people...it's their processes, store systems, staffing (# of people behind counter) and their apps (which are never right). I've watched everything devolve, effectively rot.......thanks Roz, thanks Hsiao, thanks Board members, etc. Good bye and good riddance. Please someone buy this company and set things right.

Scripts take days at WAG. CVS fills them on hours. WAG has over processed their script filling process and in an effort so save money, lost the customer. People don't like to wait (in line or days dor a script). WAG forces both. No comparison here....

Just look at stock price since Roz had taken over. WAG is now at 1990 prices! CVS is down a dollar. Wake up people!!!
