Local top management in the countries has wrongly implemented the target operation model re-organization resulting in lowering top line and loosing of market share. Layoff are happening in South Europe aswell, both managers and non-managers level. Need to carefully monitor what will happen on VPs and EVPs levels as picture is still not clear. This is happening both in ABL and GBLs.

Layoffs started Feb 1 (ask me how I know) with a cr-ppy package. Senior level consultants were let go... they can't sell new deals. I was on the bench for a nice 5 month vacation... Luckily I got my stock out...

VPs have been given a directive that they need to meet utilization targets. Most cases it will mean selective layoffs starting in a few months. Greatest impact will be at director and a manger ranks.

I believe this happening, because I was getting threats from my manager that I was going to be put on a PIP. She never wrote me up. So I started looking for a new job & when I put in my notice she stopped the threats. Also, there was an office in my city that was a staffing office & I just looked it up & it’s permanently closed
