The customer service specialist is the most entitled position in the store. Boo hoo if their job gets harder.
I was told the customer service specialist would be "spread" out between millwork, flooring, and appliances. Those poor workers will be doing a marathon all day. The push for leads, details, and credit apps is stressful on its own.
Yes. It was a big re-org as well as layoffs.
