Did bonuses live up to expectations?

Bonus in Canada was much better than US.
Sadly the merit increases are the opposite.
if you like peanuts you will like the canada bonus
Wage increases were a slap in the face.
Is bonus in Canada different from other Countries? Are you guys any better or any worse? Did you remember to perform well last year?
Bonus is Higher. Raise is lower.
I am super excited about the Canadian bonus
