That’s not fair on the EMEA managers. Those managers are the crème de La crème. They should have received 10000 RSUs. 😂. They are so important.

Agreed. Totally ridiculous and you wonder how they arrived at this formula for giving out RSUs. I guess they need the middle management wankjobs as enforcers to keep us footsoldiers in line.
TSE's in EMEA got 94 after most refused to sign. I think the initial offer was 50 something in ireland.

So it depends on your level:
Sr. Staff = 1700
Staff 2 = 1100
Staff = 510
Sr. MTS = 210
That's what I got from multiple people on my team. The amount was the same across the board for most people depending on who you were.
My guess MTS3 = 100, MTS2 = 50 or 75, and MTS1 =25 or 50.
