Entitlement of being executive

In the meantime, RIFed staffs are made to believe their “poor performance” lead to termination to avoid severance payouts or unemployment eligibioity by this org. Karma is real - DOJ may be slow but Feb 21 incident forced the execs to face the “music”.

If you have to ask, you wouldn't understand.

Really have to wonder what the point of being at this soul-su-king company is. Watching a bunch of nepotistic hacks self-fellate themselves in town halls while us poors work for them at below competitive rates and compensation. And all the while we're dealing with their poor decision making choices, having to go out of our way to accommodate whatever stupid mandate they have pushed down upon us using a meaningless metric that is used with zero nuance or understanding of what it means.

Why do you all even stay at this company or even put in any effort when this is the kind of thing your leadership does during their 1 hour of actual work per day? Leadership doesn't care about improving the company and its culture, so why does anyone here give half a damn?

Does anyone know why Andrew Witty stated in his 9/2022 fireside chat that employees up to job grades 26 would be getting a boost in pay, and yet I'm still waiting. Management in my department will not even acknowledge my question, nor will Witty's office. Furthermore, I have had a stellar review this year, even a bit better than last year, and I got a 49 cents per hour raise. Last year I received a 73 cents per hour raise while having less responsibilities! I'm starting to feel like they are edging me out!

It’s pathetic to assume by this arrogant “snooper” that people actually left this toxic org without getting fired!! Low life execs would stoop so low to come into this forum to argue .. it showed how lack of ethics of those so called “leaders”.
Do your job and resign ..

OP here - no hard feeling just low life greedy execs coming on the stage to justify their likely existence . lol cash out more stock options before you all run to corrupt another healthcare org.
I have been gone long before all the unethical execs cashing out. Not part of your deceptive RIFs.

"So you were fired. You have such a positive attitude. Go figure."

Oh, that's right... OP should look at this as a "growth opportunity" and "time to reflect" as opposed to being kicked to the curb by half-brained nitwits who are making 500x their worth.

It's all OP's fault. "Don't hate the player, hate the game.", right?

Any other clueless, tone-deaf statements to share?
