Why can't SAP reduce some perks, decrease bonus, stop winner circle, even decrease base salary based on T level but save jobs and don't do layoff

downgrading any salaries or eliminating bonuses would not be done in Germany. They are guaranteed to receive x amount of increase which is effective on January1(so it is retro active) The rest of us will get our little 2% increase on April 1. Germans are also guaranteed their bonuses even if SAP loses money and the rest of the world get 0 germans will still get their bonus and their cars, gas and free lunches. They complain people in North America are over paid!
how about ck NOT taking his 53% salary increase? we paid out luca's contract of almost ~10 million euros, but made a lot of money selling qualtrics off. ck doesn't do the work, but gets the money.
If you reduce salary, you will lose the high performers, who have option to jump to other companies and you will keep the people, who anyways do not add significant value. You can't win a competition with average or below average people. Honestly saying there are soo many useless positions and many areas to save costs. Think just about the D&I or compare the prices of Ariba with Amazon. Crazy...
Because the bloodletting turns on the stock market leaches, and cristian and the other id--ts in the board are paid for the stock price and not on us actually making the world run better as the patronisingly say in every company meeting.
As people would probably leave. And these people leaving will be the ones you probably want to keep.
I’ve heard rumours that they may be cutting some perks anyway.
The problem isnt that we don’t have money.
We are literally having record stock price, record profits, the CEO just got a 53% raise while we all got 2%.
The truth is they want us gone so they can make even more money. They don’t care about us at all and would rather have us quit so they don’t pay severance
How about stopping bonus and reducing other spend
They cannot reduce salaries without the agreement of every affected person.
