they will just copy or steal some other company's work probably

for example they will hire someone from their competitor for a lot of money

It was already announced over a year ago, jobs in US, Germany and Singapore in technology development, inline characterization and certainly the PDK group, many jobs in those orgs have or will be outsourced to Bulgaria. This is why GF is struggling so bad technically, they produce nearly nothing that is differentiated because they are relying on new hires in low cost geos. The technologies developed and PDK offered both lag industry.

Definitely, it’s already happening- they’re just doing it bit by bit so they don’t have to report them to the state and get bad PR for taking government money and offshoring labor at the same time. Malta GSM got hit last week.
