Did anyone not get their proper bonus amount? It looks like they changed the structure of my bonus payout without my knowledge and now I’m getting shorter about 20% of what I’m owed for last year. This is not about them not paying out my full %, they changed my target payout to be 20% less

only job I've ever had that after 10 years I make less than when I started
I was a long time client facing exec for many, many, many years. My job was to make the company lot of money, which I did. However, like the rest of us, the day came when I was told to say farewell. Lol. I knew it was coming for a while and actually wanted it to happen and I expected a decent severance for my years of service but that did not happen. My severance was about half of what I thought it should be. That aside, I was due my quarterly commission payment (10K+). Those mother f'ers wouldn't give it to me!!! Imagine, all that time and they said NO. Not wanting to burn any bridges, I didn't push the matter. But I'll tell ya this, someday that CFO (will remain unnamed) will hear from me.
If I understand the target to qualify for a bonus was raised so it made it more difficult to qualify and because the overall business is still losing money, that target was not met. So your individual performance has nothing to do with the amount paid, Nielsen as a whole is struggling meet business goals.
Sorry if it wasn’t clear, but I’m not talking about what I’m getting paid out. I’m talking about they changed my target payout amount. So even if they were to pay out 100% (which they didn’t) they lowered my target amount by 20% without saying anything to me.
Uncommon. Ask HR.

Just -20% is an exceptional result … you might got a promotion or an adjustment…
This year's bonus payout stands at 50.8%. A significant 95% of us will receive bonuses between 50%-54%. Note that individuals rated below meets ( ~5%/10%) may see lower payouts, even 0%.
This is for anyone in the company and due to business results.
Would love to see KR bonus and yearly trend ;)
We got a coloring book, colored pencils and a Nielsen cloth tote bag.
Wish I were kidding, but I’m not …
They gave everyone a subscription to the Jelly of the Month Club this year instead.
50% reduction. some folks got 75% reduction in my department.
Got 0% apparently because I received SIP last year!!!!
Leadership is fking with us big time.
Just waiting for the payout and giving only what I am getting paid for and nothing more. Underpaid by over 30%. So matching my output to what Nielsen pays me.
You better than me. i got 50% less than my bonus.
Jump ship while you are still employed. This empire is crumbling underneath
