Why does CommScope bother having a bunch of "IT experts" when they aren't allowed to do their jobs? And heaven forbid they actually try to fix any issues that arise - nope, apparently that's not in their job description any more. Instead, users are supposed to sit around twiddling their thumbs while important work comes grinding to a halt because those supposed professionals are passing the buck. The only job IT does today is collecting a pay check without doing any work.

Let's see to the person who is dishing IT. IT have been decimated by layoffs.IT are carrying out procurement and finance functions.
IT also got a lovely bonus of < 1%.
That's the thanks for working out of hours for weeks this time last year when we had that issue. To top it off IT allowed 1 day a week remote work while rest of office staff allowed 2 days. So go figure!!

Too many people assigned to do the job of one person in Commscope. They sure know how to waste money. The business is being driven into the abyss.

Too many roles siloed and people are micromanaged. As such, this makes people complacent and unable to do tasks single handedly as would be expected if these people went anywhere else to work. Probably half the reason they remain stealing a living is because they know that nowhere else would have them.

The C level people could learn a few things reading the posts here. Far more than what would be gained from a Pulse survey!

You're getting opinions and advice for free and it's going to be legitimate because those posting here have the freedom to tell it as it is.
