If you work or are thinking of working die OMNICELL think long and hard. Constant layoffs since 2021. Last layoff or realignment March 24.. No notice given heard it from managers on a 1-1 call. After individuals were told there was dead silence from hr and beyond. Finally 3 weeks in general email was sent stating you need to do this and bring your equipment to FedEx to mail back. OMNICELL has seen better days

Survival and Fear are the themes. Some stay waiting to see if they will get laid off to get a severance, but their mental health suffers while they wait. What a way to go to work every day... no thank you!

March 24? Do you mean March 14? Did your mgr tell you in a 1:1? How many ppl were impacted?
It's dying. Anyone who thinks this is anything other than a company at the end of its life cycle isn't paying attention to the ineptitude and idiocy. Be glad for your paycheck, it may not be there for much longer.
