It‘s not about RTO or any of the other anti employee nonsense. It’s about the erratic decisions, and no one ever contradicting. Destroying our reputation in the market.

Same here. HT is just too disruptive. We’re losing one customer after another due to Octane’s lonely, erratic decisions, and will encounter the same demise like CA.
Look at what happened at Citrix to understand the further decline of VMware EUC.
Everyone on my team was hoping for a tech savior for EUC. Once the KKR acquisition was announced, we discovered that it can always go from a bad situation to much worse.
Those with 10+ years at VMware are likely to have a panic attack about what comes next.
I left a month ago after 4+ years with VMware after finding a new job. I kept hearing it gets better after a year and the RSU's are great, blah blah. I'm so happy about my decision and no regrets.
Companies get the buyers they deserve. It is awesome to see woke VMware taken out.

A. Already dead, no one cares about its reputation.

A. Executing its playbook investors like, they are happy.
The Tan?
A. Living up to his reputation, by simply being Tan.
