I did and I am curious how common this is especially as I see laid of employees are getting bonuses. Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad that they did get it.

Very common to many areas to get a 3 rating, somewhat descent raise and no bonus in calls/claims/quality. Absolutely ridiculous! Management can’t say how they determine bonus or raise distributions.
This was the first year in 5 that my bonus was less than $10k due to MIP funding, but I did get one. If you are MIP eligible, still employed, and didn’t get a bonus at all, you likely have a target on your back.
Talk to your manager I if u feel it’s an error, but u should already know from your comp discussion.
If you did not receive a bonus, sorry to say it, but you are out the door. You must have known this before.
I got a pay advice for zero dollars and another one which listed a reasonable bonus amount both dated 3/15.
When did you get laid off and what was your performance rating?
Dayuum bro. Did you get a 2 on your review?
