It is all a house of cards, Kyndryl is not a profitable company period full stop period. If it was there would be no debt. If there was to be any debt on the books. It would come from actual investment in employee's and company innovation, expansion. This company does not fit this description or criteria. I would not be shocked if I was told. Our upper crust management and board are looking for an exit ramp for this polished tu-d.

Martin is laughably secretive about everything, but he did remove most performance restrictions from his own pay package. He is corrupt and probably criminal.

Oh without a doubt. I well imagine those ABC plans, are all centric to maintaining their control and self preservation. Martin is very good at inserting himself in all decisions. As we all have seen and experienced. This man always prospers financially and with great career gains. I still stand by me belief. This company is a polished tu-d.
Before you give up hope, remember that Martin Schroeter was CFO of IBM for 4 years (2004 - 2017) and every quarter he had to explain each business unit's performance to Wall Street so he was well acquainted with GTS' financial status. Then he was SVP of Global Markets for 2.5 years (2017 - 2020) . So he would have been in the room when they discussed what to do with GTS. He was then offered the CEO position at NewCo in January 2021 (which was renamed Kyndryl in April 2021). I have confidence that he and the Leadership team have thought through all the possibilities for Kyndryl and have a Plan A, Plan B and Plan C.
