Anyone has info if there will be layoffs in EO&T or just reorg in next two weeks ? I thgt my team might have layoffs given that we are too many for the amount of work. However they hired more folks this month n mgr said only reorg gonna happen..

Managers taking credit for their employees' work or restating your idea as if it's their greatest epiphany is not new here. Lol.

Even as of now there are so many external openings

Not only in O &T. This is what is happening in my team, I will not tell you the Department. SVP became IC are fighting work with VP and try to take credit for VP’s work as owner of the work. Things just get worse! Demoted SVP came in and told us the process which we already have then act as managers but there are new managers from reorg. So we have more and invisible layers are taking poor workers ‘s hardworking credit! Is this what the CIti leaders want? Why not get rid of the demoted D or SVP? They just there causing more problem with their unhappiness although still get paid same! Such bad energy from those ones not qualified for their prior position but definitely not know how to do the work or manage!
