You realize....that you get paid for pending time right? Up to half of your shift if you do the assignments your TL gives you?
hoping I'm not pending . I want to leave with dignity when this is over. I need what little pay we get to survive. I dont want to deplete the retirement money we have been saving and get an early tax withdrawal fine .
They want to keep us till the end of August and humiliate us till the very end 18 plus years of fake bs from leadership and I cant wait till final call.

Leaders must think that 2 hours a day is ok? If you don’t have work for us Why not give us our stay on bonus and start our severance. Whomever came up with this plan should be laid off along with all of us, but I’m sure they have an excuse and someone well cover their back.

TL told me last night that I would be in pending today. What is the purpose of me only working two hours per day?
good bye team . just got my release from HR. not getting the "stay on bonus" which I am losing with reduced hours anyhow. getting all my years of severance as promised and i get to take care of my wife who has been struggling with health issues over the last few years. blessing to all
things they told u in the past are falling apart. that stay on bonus is evaporating right in front of your eyes.
Take your severance early and give them the middle finger!
I think the problem is that we are talking to Leaders that are not being affected so they cannot understand the stress and concerns that we have. Leadership is moving on, They are already planning next year, we are last years problem and they have no time for us. The empathy is gone and they can’t wait for us to be done.
even after the the mental health day i am stressed . the future is bleak for me once the end of August is complete.

I’m all for light of the situation but we need to stop with this CaTurday BS. There may be helpful information like pending issues, early severance etc that may be getting lost with the CaTurdsy comments that people just ignore. I for one will be inquiring about moving up my last day as I can no longer take the games that Nielsen likes to play.

My TL just informed me that I will be in pending again today. I’m losing money each day that I’m in pending.
If it no longer makes financial cents there is a post which say that you can ask for your last day to be moved up and your severance to start early. These may be worth looking into as the stress of losing hours and incentives is not worth a persons health and the sooner we move on the better.
Happy Turtle Tuesday going to take a hike with the dog I dont think much about the TL'S we all have a job to do and I appreciate any help I can get this job is tough and I struggle each time I clock in to get surveys . I dont have the advantage that caturday does getting all the good surveys and getting a guaranteed bonus and earning all the weekly prize money. im amazed how much caturday flaunts their success or their ars$ kissing in front of us.
TL's have absolutely no control over who is pending and who isn't. They have nowhere near the influence or the power that people seem to think they do.
whomever put up the post about money being eating like the Langoliers by pending was spot on . do the math they keep you in a slot for their business needs hours needed to be fulfilled then give you the boot with money you lost anyhow from wages

You should know by now that Nielsen does not give you anything without a catch. Just find another job, cancel your shift so you can still get your stay on bonus. TLs will make sure that their favorites get hours anyway.
pending is eating into my stay on bonus . listening to these as$h0les TL' S about index and quality as they take what is owed to us. caturday nothing to worry about so far up Management Ar$$ hole noting to worry about.

I was talking to one of the higher ups and they told me how much they are going to miss caturdays I was blushing all over . I wonder if they could tell or know how much I love caturdays .

There has been talk about approved raises on this board. As long as we are employed at the time the raises are implemented then we should qualify or will Nielsen play another one of their underhanded games and deny us a raise that we have earned?

Lots of the people in theses call centers are low level s$c-m looking for easy money and were washouts at other places. Glad I’m not there TL can’t u read a simple script and get a complete without crying about how hard you worked to get it?

I put up one of my strongest closeouts in some time . I know I must be one of the centers top performers . I'm told I am guaranteed my stay on bonus.

A short week thanks to mental health day, god knows we need it. My plan remains the same, as soon as I clock in, I give Scarborough all of my energy. I plan to continue giving 150% all the way to the last day and walk away with pride. I’m not going to tell you that it’s been easy but I would rather remain true to myself than become a bitter person who is just doing the basic minimum thinking that Karthick will take notice.

I think people are just tired and hanging on for as long as they can. There is so much chatter across Scarborough employees as they have no trust in what Nielsen will do next. Is Nielsen looking for ways to shorten the severance package, are they trying to find a way to not honor the end of work bonus. Call Center Caturday.
