I was one affected in layoffs and when I did my interview with the state agency about the layoff and severance, Medical Solutions reported wrong information which was going to negatively affect my unemployment money.
Be aware so you don’t get sc--wed over again people!

@wow+1rxPrRAu Check your state laws but the severance should be considered as a wage so you would file your claim and tell them about your severance claim package.
The severance was based on pay for “X” amount of weeks, so you wouldn’t be able to claim for that amount of weeks but after that you would be able to file weekly for unemployment.
Are you able to receive severance and also unemployment?
