Thread regarding SAP layoffs

Customer Success Globall All Hands on April 4th

I’m curious as to whether is just another “Scott The Molerat” Quarterly Meeting or a post-cull “morale booster” featuring student-level camera work and the inspiring thoughts and words of SR.

Surely, SAP could not get it together and br organized enough to lay off the remainder of the 8K within two days of the VERP deadline?

Thomas S is invited to speak to Scott’s org, but Thomas hasn’t actually spoken nor has an All Hands with his own new org. Odd priorities.

Read between the lines.... if the Global call is on the 4th of April to hammer the Sales Org. and the last day to accept the VERP is April 1, THEN THIS MUST MEAN THE LAYOFF NOTIFICAITONS WILL HAPPEN IN BETWEEN EITHER ON THE 2ND OR 3RD OF APRIL

Calls like this are to put the fear of God into whoever is still standing after VERP's and Layoff's are done. It's an old Billy Mac and Rob E. trick. The sales target numbers will be pushed up and point-blank language will be used that if you want to stay employed with SAP, you had better make your quota quarter by quarter. Miss a quarter and we see you later...

Please give them credit for at least sequencing all the hurdles in a row..... first you were told that you had to be back in the office by April 1, then you got peanuts for raises, then you were told some 8000 will be let go, and now you will be given a g-n put to your head to make sure you make your numbers and more.... c'mon can we not at least give credit as to how this was all put together....
