Interesting that they want to buy them when they arent doing well financially and then in NJ they laid off multiple specialty groups
Devils do exist on this earth.. sadly .. government only cares about fines being paid by big healthcare org- easy fundings source with no hard work. Cycle repeats itself ..Over $1B paid last couple of decades. This is pale comparing to the profits. Easy ROI!! Enablers ? The government
...and it continues to fall on deaf ears as these companies continue to reap profits at the expense of sick patients. Monetary greed is apparently more important than human life. The only country in the world where medication cost is through the roof and the government continues to allow the poisoning of our food chain to increase incidents of cancer and other diseases at the cost of us the consumers.
We are the only country with the highest cancer rates which is a direct correlation to the toxic chemical being allowed in our food chain.
The doctors are not happy about this or the continued downsizing of competition which the government allowed in the acquisition of Change Healthcare as well as the purchasing of clinics and health systems.
Now UHG/Optum will move to buy all the floundering medical practices affected by the shut down of Change Healthcare systems because the practices lost their cash flow and are being forced into bankruptcy.
