Doesn't everyone realize that the common denominator here is Frank? It's not OFS or OFD. Frank had run every company he's been with into the ground. Do you really think that JPMC would have let him go if he was so great.
Don't get distracted from the real issue by picking sides. Frank is the issue and will remain the issue until the company is gone and he sits back with his smug self and marvels are what his bank accounts look like.
Ever since first data took over, fiserv has become a train wreck. I never thought things could get worse than they are. Yet here we are standing inside firstdatafiserv’s dumpster fire.
OFD wasn't bad until fb showed up. We had some A holes but nothing like it is now.

If there is no trust, this dumpster can never be great again. It was a good move to merge OFD with OFS. However, the toxic management from OFD should have been left behind. We have nothing but JPMC cronies that are creating more toxicity

Way too late to get the old Fiserv back. Only thing to do now is get out or stay and watch as it crumbles from within. That’s what I’m doing since closer to retirement, just saving the last bit of money before getting out.
