Consequences of not going into office

If I don’t go in all the time what will happen? Will I get laid off? Will I get fired? I have been worth the company 10 years and have had good performance so far

If you consistently fail to show to the office, you will get flagged. That means you will get a warning. That will come with the requirement to make up any missed days. If you continue to fail to meet on-site requirements, including make up days, yes, you will be fired.

Folks who are working for 20-30 years are also worried about the policy and making it to office. Doesn’t matter how long you worked. Don’t give the company reasons!
