Ok, I agree that we need to trim the fat. I just think the layers of MDs and Directors who are incompetent, come up with crazy ideas and then blame others when they fail, are very fatty layers. The idea of a lean, efficient and successful company clashes with the reality of selection for layoffs. Talented, hardworking, experienced people are being shown the door, while mgmt remains bloated and overpaid.
