Despite being told I was eligible for bonus, I did not receive one and payroll said none in the system but talk to former manager. I also reached out to the HRBP that was involved in the severance process, she said no bonus even if in severance paperwork, policy says no bonus for anyone eliminated before 10/1.
I am curious where this policy suddenly appeared and was not shared with laid off employees???

Thought I'd post in case it helps alleviate any concerns. I just spent an hour getting through to payroll. Even though I had been assured I would get direct deposit they mailed me a check. They said to allow 10 business days, but that checks were sent out Wednesday.

As for bonus total here is what I can say. I had never received negative feedback from my manager. However, based on back of the napkin calculations, I'm assuming my personal performance component of the bonus was rated at approximately the same as the company performance. Ie since it's prorated (if your separation date was Oct. 21) you take target bonus * .89 (prorated %) * .83 (company performance) * .83 (personal performance) = gross bonus. For me that was about 65% of my target incentive. Net ends up being a little less than half of target bonus.

Obviously this is just my experience, but hopefully it gives some of you an idea of what to expect.

I was laid off and received bonus by bank deposit this morning. I was able to see workday stub yesterday afternoon. What is interesting is that the dates listed for the bonus are 3/16/2024-3/31/2024. Not sure is active employees see these dates as well.

How do you get into workday? I have heard some are getting checks and not direct deposit.

Just figured out how to get into workday and saw a paystub for my bonus. The weird thing is that they opted to mail a check rather than use the direct deposit info on file. Interesting... Totally shocked that they didn't sc--w us out of the money!

Laid off in October and no bonus here. Not surprised.

Several posters below have said they can see the bonus in Workday. Not seeing any one who says they see a bank deposit

Anyone laid off in August get paid their bonus or can verify if they got paid via Workday? I never signed up to Workday

Below poster you are incorrect and uniformed. There is Workday access for laid off employees IF they chose to sign up. Some must not have, but I did.

Thanks.

Unfortunately those that were laid off in August don’t have workday access. But glad to hear.

Paystub is now available in Workday (yes you can have access to workday as a severed employee). Looks like we weren’t sc--wed after all!

Can any terminated employees confirm if the bonus hit their bank account yet?

I was termed in October as well and I can see my management incentive in workday.

I can see mine in Workday just now. It wasn’t there earlier today. I can’t speak for everyone since my last day was in December. Wishing everyone well.

Can we just not wait for 1 more day and find out tomorrow morning if we are getting the bonus or not? This guessing game is not helping anyone and just creating anxiety.

Here’s the thing all of us are experiencing the same situation. Name calling does not help. It would appear, given no one has heard or seen anything to confirm we are getting the bonus, we probably are not. My fellow coworkers can all see theirs pending.

Some type of notification would have been nice given the bonus was earned for time employed and is calculated as part of our annual salary. My question is; are they shorting us on agreed upon offer of employment? Is this something that needs to be reported?

I am not a troll! Any deposit I get shows up pending in my bank account 2 days before. ALWAYS! Then it posts on payday. For example; payday the 15th, I can see it pending on the 13th. I have seen nothing. Hearing the same thing on other social media from those laid off.

You’re the troll.

The people saying they saw it on the 13th or it won’t show in Workday until the 15th are probably the same person. They are trolls. Probably living in mommy’s basement.

I was able to see my bonus paystub in Workday on the 13th so it not showing until the 15th is not true....or at least not for me

888-694-7287 is the help desk number.

If you call the CVS helpline, the automated message indicates no one is able to access or see their bonus prior to 3/15 in the system. I know that it’s hard to wait. I wish you the best outcome possible.

Could you provide the help desk number?

by

Post ID: @1lsc+1rwYVcTu

If you call the help desk there’s an auto message that states severed employees will not have access to a pay stub for the bonus until 3/15 and it will be deposited in the bank via direct deposit on 3/15.

no, some banks have early pay, such as Ally, so my severance check was deposited today but there is no bonus check. I was layed off and can access Workday to see pay slips through the web. I'm sure not all banks are eligible for early pay. so, not trolling

I didn’t think severances employees even had access to workday…if that’s the case you really wouldn’t even know till the 15th

I think what they meant to say is that active employees can see the bonus payslip on their Workday today which will be paid out on the 15th and severanced employees do not see it reflected.

Heard from who? What’s your source? And when have employees ever gotten paid before the 15th outside of a holiday? You’re clearly trolling
