Experian makes people redundant all year round in 2024 10% of the UK workforce were made redundant. They are still making people redundant in 2025.

From what I can tell, the first set of reduction in force (layoff) were notified this week 1Apr to 3Aprl with final day being 17 Apr 2024. From CIS, it includes positions in product teams with some jobs being eliminated and some being offshored. Can't really tell how many or what units - overall mgmt seems to be keeping things kind of hush hush similar to 2023 layoffs.

I got a RIF this morning out of CIS; not unexpected with the combination of business units and the redundant overall positions. Still, getting reduction in force meeting was not on my bingo card today.
