Not everyone has 2 or 3 years in. Many have 20, 25 or 30 plus years in and aren’t as eager to walk away from that as someone who is has just now started their career and really doesn’t know anything about the industry. At 30 plus years I am here for as long as I want to be. If that happens to end this year so be it. I have an exit plan and 3 decades of experience should I choose to remain in the industry and continue to work in it. You on the other hand will be asking people if they want fries with that. Big difference but you are too young to realize that.

All these contractors? You obviously dont know what the he11 your talking about. Yes Excell was the biggest $hit show scammers who f'd up the ftth plant but there are still plenty of contractors working for altice. Some that actually know what they are doing more than altices in house techs.
These people (sr executive leadership) spend more time shuckin and jivin and running schemes than they do trying to effectively run a business. They are all nothing but street hustlers in $10,000.00 suites.
