If you aren’t happy at Waters, look for other opportunities, they are out there! I left 3 years ago and I have never looked back. 100% happier, 100% healthier, 50% wealthier and am loving life again. Sympathies go to the good people still there.

I was part of the large layoff last year and sadly at the moment the job market isn’t great (UK); too many people going for too few roles. Sounds like you got out at the right time. Getting out of the negative environment was good for mental health though.

May I ask where you were located while working with Waters? It's unfortunate what's happening to the once-great company. Jim Waters would be rolling in his grave looking at what these clowns have done to his company.
