NO Contractors!!!

SOOOO many useless people kept on Contract...Get rid of Contractors!!! What is this "Contractor on Full Time permanent basis"!!! pufff

interestingly enough...some employees and CONTRACTORS, have moved to other Canadian provinces to avoid layoffs...AND are now planning a move from Canada to USA...WATCH OUT for these people!!!
Should I mention that English is just one of their problems..."za" (aka THE)..."za work" they perform is of NO QUALITY!!!!
We are following your moves!!! Better RETIRE ...give us a break!!!

"HR must improve the hiring process" and move the FT Contractors on staff positions...haha...and that is how those kept around for nothing will move back on permanent staff positions...Should I mention that some of them don't speak English properly?! Seriously, take a closer look at who gets hired and why!!!

TC became a poorly managed company because we let sr managers with relatively small ownership stake in the company make billion dollar decisions. These often look ok initially, then come back to bite us eventually when said sr manager gets let go. Meanwhile they collect a great bonus every year for messing up the company. Show me your incentives and I will show you your results.

They hire contractors to avoid paying benefits. Might want to redirect that aggression to practices implemented to squeeze and dispose of your coworkers.

Right sizing by no means done. The low hanging fruit is gone so now we move into the prove to me your worth. How are you making money for the company ?? It’s gonna be a stressful years ahead.
