I laughed when savings from the NEW restructure (there are many of them) will produce savings of $350 million. Wow. Back in 2005 that was promised fee for CSC when all IT operations were outsourced and all IT staff fired and sent packing with India replacements. Oh? Well seems CSC overcharged to $600 million and was damn close to losing the contract --- so fire everybody and replace. See, easy and Pat Ryan, and later Case, bought the idea.
