Management will target employees with ten plus years experience with negative anonymous shopping reviews! They cannot afford employees especially in the Beauty Departments or for that matter-Customer Service or ANY salaried relic.

Happened to me today. I have never had a complaint in over twelve years. Is Nordstrom really this desperate to submit to these sketch tactics? I’m over 52 years old so if this continues I’ll file a complaint with the Labor board.
