Man, it hurts to watch how they have destroyed this company over the years. Arthur Nielsen would be turning in his grave if he can see this.
Buying cheap companies abroad, hiring juniors as seniors, managers and directors that are completely disconnected from the rest of the business, etc... It is a mess and even if Nielsen survives I can't wait to leave, the environment here is pure toxicity!
What does "people leaders" even mean?
The way we work in the US is by creating a small team that is able to collaborate and bring different perspectives/solutions to the table as opposed to having some communist dictator making decisions based on the opinions of the few that actually will do anything to please him.
There's a reason this company has lost it's way!!!
Most of the remaining US staff are incredibly intelligent, they just lack empathy because they have never been people leaders.
Buy a cheap company abroad that hires juniors as seniors and put their incompetent managers on charge of important projects. Then realize that's not working and decide that you need to do more of it :)
