Is there another wave of redundancies going on? It's very hush hush but I could name at least 10 colleagues who've "exited the business" in the last few weeks.

The transformation programme implemented reduced people costs, partly through natural attrition of roles that have not been backfilled with the remaining reductions resulting from redundancy programs.

3 projects in my orbit are suffering from loss of, and lack of technical skills, due to redundancies and staff exiting the business. Remaining staff left to pick up the pieces or workarounds being put in place.

A couple gone from a team that supported us. We’re told we’ll have to take on their work. All without minimal handover and with so few staff left. Do they expect any feelings of motivation or company loyalty ? Those of us who are left are just praying for redundancy and to be rid of this toxic sh**show.

I know of a few BUT one of the biggest ones on the Israeli side has gone - resigned NOT fired. Resigned in disgust I am told. Well done The Mid-et.
