Well said fines paid business back to normal as usual.. let’s buy another healthcare org.! We are now on a “rescue” mission to bail out those that we scr$$wed up!
Election years the campaign $$ is important!! That’s right the Board approved no need to disclose that from the last Proxy? Of course, things are subject to change without advanced notices ; much like the insurance you bought .. sadly
If this goes anything like every other corporate catastrophes that have been in the media in recent years, there will be no accountability.
I’d wager that executives will get a finger wagged in their face by their pals in government and the company will get hit with
a nominal fine that’s more representative of a price for redemption than a punishment for the fallout of the attack. My guess is that employees will ultimately pay the price with layoffs and another subpar year of RRP and merit.
Companies of this size and influence are seemingly immune from facing the consequences of their actions.
Taxpayers will be accountable for it, a very old woman told me decades ago "the rich get richer and the poor have babies." Delightful!
