Having RP lead global sales is yet another death knell for the company. Having been in many meetings with him he lacks any capability to inspire the troops. Lacks technical knowledge and is just plain boring to listen to. Your typical Englishman who is just dull. No way would I want to take him into any customer meeting.

I liked his leadership. He was a good leader and knew what was not working and pushed to fix it. No depth on the technology but who does if they are in less than 5 years? We lost one of the only few that possess any backbone. He was supposedly close to TC. Must have been a fun discussion.
